Max Guy:
The Chicago Years

Print, Social

Freelance, 2021

Max Guy: The Chicago Years races Guy’s formulations in paper cutting, video and sculpture since moving to Chicago in 2014, many of which are still in use. Grounded in the artist’s love of reading, the exhibition collates old and new work around language, geometry, flight, obfuscation, and masks. The show is open to the public from June 26th through August 21st, 2021 at Produce Model in Chicago. A broadsheet print accompaniment to the show was printed in a limited run of 300, with two potential centerfold posters available. Exhibition curated by Alex Jen
